Suffering with laundry smells

i_am_iamnins_nin profile image

Me and Az are finding that no matter what laundry liquid we use lately, it is affecting our breathing. They seem to be more highly scented than ever. Anyone found one that is not so strong smelling?

Always use e-cover for everything ,all your cleaning ,also natural body products ,hair bath from health food shop, you'd be amazed at what toxics are in all products should be banned it poison.

Amway Laundry detergent - I use the powder but they do liquid. If you don't know where to get it let me know and I can get you some. (you need to get it from an agent, it is not sold in shops) Good luck. I have been using it for years....no smell at all.

Yep - still going strong ever since 1958. I have used their products for over 40 years.....they are all great :) If you want an all purpose cleaner that has no smell, then LOC is the best :) Stay well :)

Hi..

I expected ecover to be Ok however I find the toilet cleaner to be strongly scented, I need to give it a small rinse after applying to cut down the smell.. the dish washing up solution is acceptable though this gets diluted slightly .. I've yet to find a washing powder that isn't to strongly scented, I run a long rinse cycle a couple of times on the economy setting..

Does anyone know of any scent free products..

Thanks for all the ideas, we have just bought Ecover laundry liquid, first load washing now, so fingers crossed. Also bought the Ecover all purpose cleaner, but after shopping and laundry, I think that's a job for tomorrow. Couldn't find the washing up liquid, but we bought, Surecare sensitive. It says nothing to irritate the skin, so we hoping it won't irritate lungs either, shall find out after dinner.
