Found this on the AF site and well worth using. If you drive a car with the new no tax disc rules, use the holder to show your medical issues and treatment etc.

Thanks for that, I think this is a wonderful idea, I am going to print some out and take them to my Breathe Easy meeting next week.

Brilliant, I'll stick my oxy on board card in it! xxx
Cool. Well done !
What a good idea. Simple ones are best.
For any one with a smart phone that takes apps, there a few free apps called ICE...In Case of Emergency. You can input all your details into the app, including phone numbers and medication, allergies etc. When the phone is locked, it shows the ICE and phone number of emergency contact. A paramedic told me about this as if they are called to a casualty on the street, they look for a phone or through bags and wallets to get ID and they say this is a very useful app to them. If you share your phone unlocking details with the emergency contact person, they can then let the emergency services into your phone. There is also a COPD monitoring app and a oxymeter/pulse app but it is very inaccurate.
there is a free container that the lions do that is free and you put in your fridge and a sticker for the inside of your door and fridge door to alert the paramedics.
