Agh! I bought one at £104. This was a German site, but the delivery, for which I had to pay a supplement, was from the US. The flute is mrubbish because it's a cheap "Corn flake" band of paper which is inserted into an ordinary plastic tube. It gets wet and doesn't vibrate well as moisture fall from your mouth. I was hoping so much and was disappointed. For what it was I found this hugely expensive. Don't buy! Sorry to be so negative.

I much prefer the Flutter, cheaper, more efficient and easy to clean and no such problem with the moisture from your mouth. Then not all people here like it, but at least it is recognized as an efficient device which you can have prescribed free of charge from your consultant.

Sorry to hear you had such a bad and costly experience - it's not something I personally have any experience of but I just passed on the research as I know many here do use them
