Fighting IPF in parliament

It begs belief that this terrible terminal illness has taken so long to come to the forefront of goverment. My husband has just lost his life to ipf. Through his illness we had little info or support, till finding internet info and HU and support of the forum.

Well lm glad for Andrew, maybe he needs to hear the views from people with ipf and their carers?

A member of parliament speaking with commitment about IPF, although long overdue, is very good news indeed. Thanks too, I would guess, in no small part to BLF. Let's hope services will improve for IPF patients and their carers. You never know it may make them eventually appreciate that unlike the more 'sexy' conditions, many lung conditions such as bronchiectasis are so underfunded and go unrecognised in comparison to them.

I wish Andrew Percy and Alex Cunningham every success in their quest. I will be taking note of my next first responder - it might be Andrew! cx
