Hi folks, has anyone nebulised gentamicin and was there a recovery time at the end of the treatment? thanks

Thanks for the reply Fibberti. I was on it for 2 months to get rid of pseudonomas which has gone - touchwood. I meant how long till I feel as I did before the pseudomonas, if indeed I get back to that state at all? :)

There is clinical research that backs up the use of Sulforophane for COPD, combating infection and inflammation. Sulforophane is high in cruciferous vegetables such as Brocolli and is highest in Brocolli seed sprouts 3/4 day old. Over cooking destroys it, so light steaming in a bag for 5mins and apparently using mustard seed powder boosts sulforophane levels. Brocolli seed sprouts can be eaten with salad raw. The easiest way to obtain high levels is a supplement from a reputable source. There's quite a bit of info on it on the nett, but here's an interesting article.
