Today is a good day for me, feeling OK. The hardest part for me is this up down up down. One day good next day bad. I never seem to go to bed feeling fine and wake next morning the same. I think we all deserve a pat on the back for coping as well as we do, yes even when we are depressed and moaning somehow we are still coping. Have a good day and remember we are never alone on here. xx
