Severe coughing at the moment, pulled two muscles in my back and have a heavy chest and my throat feels strained from coughing. I can't get a blood test for 2 whole weeks at my GP surgery to check my Aspergillos levels.
I take medication and steriod from respiratory consultant but nothing is helping. I feel isolated at the moment. Does anyone have any home remedies or advice I can try?
You could ask for telephone consultation at your GPs, hopefully he/she will get you an appointment sooner. Why wonder does it take 2 weeks for a blood test. Grrrr.

Sorry you are so poorly. I have both these diseases and last year when my abpa was really bad I thought I was finished. I was on voriconazole but it had stopped helping me. My con changed it to posaconazole and my symptoms improved. I have several lung probs but the posaconazole definitely helped the abpa. M x
