I've heard of some people using hydrogen peroxide therapy. Anyone here use this? If so, could you tell me how you administer it.

I have heard of different ways to use this, but never tried it myself. Just thought maybe some of you have, and could share your experience . Thank you, barbara

I think it also known as H2O2. I used it as a kill or cure for my tropical fish. It is product that in my opinion should not be self administered. It has caustic properties and it seems that it is used in a vapour form and inhaled. In some ways it is used as an additive to an Ozone replicator however it does seems that even negative ions can be harmful as it will make irritants heavy and harder to shift in your lungs.

Hello Batbara, if you write Hydrogen peroxide in the 'search' box at the top of the page, you will see a few articles on the subject. Most people don't realise that it is also in Manuka honey, made by bee's naturally! webmd.com/a-to-z-guides/man...

Hope this helps to answer your question, huff x

Hi hufferpuffer,

Silly me, it hadn't come to my brain to try and type it in the serch of our site! Thank you for this!

Hydrogen peroxide is a powerful disinfectant. I've used it in very small dose on nails to get rid of cuticles or dead skin. Never tried inhaling it, so don't know!

I had a look on this site:atsdr.cdc.gov/MMG/MMG.asp?i...

In "the health effect"they say:

Health Effects

Hydrogen peroxide is corrosive to skin, eyes, and mucous membranes at high concentrations (>10%); lower concentrations may cause irritation.

Other effects occur from inhalation or ingestion and may include gas embolism, gastric irritation, gastric distension and emesis, an accumulation of fluid in the lungs, unconsciousness, and respiratory arrest.

Symptoms become more severe as the concentration of hydrogen peroxide increases.

I don't know, but I would be very cautious and only use this under medical supervision of someone who has experience in its use.

Hello Helingmic, I don't think I'd be tempted to try it, the 'M' honey is enough for me :) huff xxx

Then 'M' honey felt terrible, or my guts felt terrible with it! Too much H2O2!

If you google 'One Minute Cure' you'll find a great deal of information about H202. Have used it myself and found I was infection free for the whole time I took it (8 months) whereas I was having chest infections every 3 or 4 weeks. When I stopped I went straight back to one infection after the other. Tastes pretty awful but works.

How did you take it, and how much, and how often? You are the first to reply in a positive way.

It's a gradual increase in dosage - you start with just a couple of drops in 8-10 ounces of distilled water. Increase one drop each day and take 3 times per day, hour before and at least one hour after food. You really need to read up about it in 'One Minute Cure' which is a free read. Obviously it's a potent chemical so you need to be careful that you dilute it correctly - if you follow the instructions you'll be fine. You keep building up one drop per dose x 3 times daily until you get to 25 drops. Then you stay at that until your symptoms have gone, then you follow a protocol for reducing to a maintenance dose which is about 12 drops per day. I'll try to find the link to 'One Minute Cure' and let you know. Others are sceptical but each to his own - read up on it and you'll be able to make an informed decision. Will get back to you asap.

You must be sure you get medical grade H peroxide.

There is alot of negative talk about it, but take into consideration-

1-It is a non-patentable drug so the big pharma companies cant profit from it.

2-If it can be of benefit and heal, then all the 'profitable' medications available stand to lose money, as you won't be needing them anymore...

Considering there's no cure, or even accurate assessment on what COPD actually is-- I believe doctors still dont have a full understanding on how lungs work, more to the point WHY they continue to degenerate even after the primary cause is removed-cigarettes... If any doctor could give me a straight answer id be more than happy to hear it.

I am wondering if anyone has really found benefit from Hydrogen peroxide. I have started using the 3% as a spray and it burns the back of my throat. I can't say I feel any different. I would love some feedback.
