I appreciate it greatly. Feeling a little better now. Gave myself a talking to and realise I've been very lucky to reach 72 and to have had at least 70 years good health. Achieved many things I set my heart on so I have no reason to be so selfish and weak. Thank you all so so much. You are a wonderful group of people, each and everyone.

You have chronic health problems, and when we with the same problems can't seem to have what I call a "day off" from these health problems it's bound to get us down. I believe no one wants to live for ever but we all have a life force that tells us when we are nearing the forever. Until that feeling hits me I still want to live and be as active as I can be and always feel that I am doing something to improve and maintain my health.
