On the mend - sssslowlyyyy

Hi peeps, I am at last on the mend my sputum test came back clear of pseudomonas so its up to me now to build myself back up. Having to take things really slowly after nearly 5 weeks in bed and loosing lots more weight, it is going to take quite a while I think.

Oxygen nurse coming in today to do test from my ear, I am on oxygen 24/7 at the moment and she said no point in trying to wean me off it until I am much stronger.

Must have missed loads on here but great to be back.

I find the weight lose a bit hard as my legs had lost so much muscle I couldn't really walk. Ok now though after using the stairs for exercise. Two weeks ago it was a struggle to do one step, now I can do the whole flight.
