In amongst my junk mail I found an email recommending the use of these, as anyone tried them and what were the results?

Yes, my husband has and he didn't feel it helped him at all. In theory I would have thought it would have been very helpful. A friend of mine took her son to the saltmines somewhere in Europe and it really helped his asthma. Good Luck TAD xx

I tried one after a friend said it had dramatically improved her breathing, but it didn't seem to help me at all.

There have been other posts on the subject - put saltpipe or salt therapies in the ‘search’ box, above right to see them. Opinions seem to be divided. I think, like many other meds, what suits one doesn't suit us all.

Hi my friend, I tried one once for a few weeks and it made no difference at all. A waste of money I found,

Hi, by chance I just saw them on Amazon. Look it up - you can use Libby's link on sirjames post as I did. Scroll across to the other products and the saltaire is there. Read the reviews on it, they will help you decide. I've heard good things about salt therapy.

Hi

Yes I've tried one not that type but I do use a salt pipe every evening for 20 mins. I find it great it's helped me tremendously. I think that it's a long term thing, not just a try it and see if it works. I've had mine and used it like I have said every night for several months and the results have been brilliant.

Best regards

Keith

hmmm ..... I've never tried one, but I know salt is very corrosive - & that's what put me off.

I'm afraid, i sued it for a while, but was coughing so much that I didn't see any improvement. It works for some,It didn't for me. Think how you want to spend your money. You might spend to something even more useful!
