That's great your weather is taking a turn for the better,can imagen you'll be enjoying the sunshine! We are in Autumn now,but still pretty warm,not as hot as previous thank goodness.Couple of cyclones bearing down from the North,so we might get some much needed rain,with a bit of luck.

It's amazing how we feel so much better when the sun comes out, Suzy6 it is sunshine all the way in the Midlands this weekend. If you can get out in it even if only in a chair in the garden just think of all that vitamin D to keep you well. It's brought out all the early butterflies and some bumble bees too. Nature is so marvellous just a couple of days sun has changed the whole appearance of the gardens. Enjoy your evening

Nature is wonderful katie I love seeing the trees and flowers bloom. Just to open the curtains in the morning to see Apple blossom cheers me greatly.

I'm in the midlands too katie, managed to dry a line full of washing OUTSIDE!! Was serenaded by Mr Robin while I hung it on the line. Just too lovely for words. xx

I sat in the garden with a cuppa and watched the sheets billowing in the breeze instead of listening to the tumbler going round. Felt good poems.

Back about 35 yers ago used to work in Accrington.Would visit Baxenden for brilliant steak pudding and chips at a small cafe/chippie on the main street. Have I remembered that right Rick. Cheers.

The chippie is now a Chinese, and I live quite near it, not the same now though, they were good, steak pudding and chip's!
