That is understandable, don't alienate yourself though, if you need to talk please do. We all have different ways of dealing with grief, there is no right all wrong way. Just please don't neglect your health, look after both your mind and body, and don't be afraid to say help, or the opposite I need space, to your nearest and dearest.
