... pace yourself and if you start to feel short of breath breath in slowly & deply through nose & out slowly through pursed lips.

When it's cold & damp out, always breath in through nose anyway. It warms the air better before it hits the airways xxx

I know the drill peeg but it's nice to be reminded I'll be in my friends car most of the time just a few errands that need doing no shopping thank The Lord for asda home delivery. I'm getting a bit giddy it's sad only going bank and post office. Hey ho little things. X

Oh yes keep warm its windy and cold up here in Northumberland ive not been well enough to go out but fingers crossed im going to try over weekend if dry . Enjoy x judith
