Composition Montelukast versus Montelukast+Levocetirizine?

Our doctor prescribed Tab. Xaria (each Tab. composition: Montelukast 10 mg, Levocetirizine hydrochloride 5 mg).

However, Xaria Plus (Montelukast + Levocetirizine) is ONLY available in the medicine shops where we are presently residing.

So my question is, can a leaf of 10 Tabs. Xaria Plus be substituted instead of Xaria (as prescribed by our doctor)? I have already purchased Xaria Plus - a leaf of 10 Tab.
