This is the best news I've had for ages on the up and up just thought I would let you all know.

Thought I should share some good news and i would like to thank all who have given advice and support on this site you've been great ...

Thanks everyone and well done scars! I appreciate all the kind words and support :) dantheman I guess I'm just lucky to have been diagnosed early and having advice from all the good people here and at the blf :) just keep exercising and eat well and don't smoke avoid things that make your symptoms worse :)
