I am now blowing 400 (Wrights) instead of the 200 I was doing then and with Christmas in between dropped 6 kilos and added 2 back on! Wish I had the dedication of my wife who has shed 11 kilos in the same time and hardly moved the scales during Christmas How she can refuse cake and pud and brandy butter I do not know!!
