A NIPPY ST + but the last few weeks I've been waking up full of wind, mucus and feeling very uncomfortable told the nurse she didn't seem to know why just wondered if anybody else gets the same kinda symptoms..... I don't like it very much ! x

stop smoking first ,talk to your nurse in what stage your emphysema,medication like inhalers and Spiriva quipe whom ,and good luck
Good advice from 123podmore, I find the weather affects me so just take it a day at a time, it's gotta stop raining sometime......... Hasn't it?
