You just gotta have a laugh sometimes avn't ya. Shame my belly got in the way of the air guitar but I did like the smoke effect from my liquid oxygen, it tends to do that on 8 liters. Ha Ha.

Thanks Sohara, Its a shame all 6 minute walk tests are not as much fun as that one.

Hi Margaret, you are like me, music can give you a real buzz, it certainly helps when exercising. I resisted the temptation to dance on the treadmill though because my bones are probably a little weak now from long term steroids. :) ouch!!

Tony.

Well done Tony, great video :)

Thanks BC, I was a little bored so I thought I would have a little fun with the 6 minute walk test that we all love to hate. :)

2 stone lighter than I was 12 months ago thanks to my transplant consultant and I feel better for it, Exercise helped but eating less was the key. Now lets see what a treadmill will do for me.

I wouldn't swap it for a good weather walk outdoors but in the winter it is great fun especially with a bit of AC/DC on loud!!

Chosen my treadmill, money in account and shortly to be out again LOL. Watch out my dear your cyber treadmill partner is nearly ready to do battle! :) xx

Looks Like a great time well done. I hope the fun police do not see it :)

Hi Offcut, I'm not a gadget man but this treadmill is going to do a lot towards helping me claw back a little more fitness. I find that my energy levels and general fitness drop through the winter months as exercising is a little more difficult so I have no excuse now. I've only had it just over a week and I'm already finding it easier to get out of bed in the morning. :)

Now where's that Deep Purple CD, were off again.

Rocking my way back to fitness eh' Puff and lovin it!!! :)

Aww Tony....that was flippin brilliant ! Love the moves and the air guitar :D

Well done for making the video and giving us all some encouragement. Think music can help in many ways;

Even when exercise is very limited just singing along to a favourite song helps give the lungs a bit of a work out . Many more happy hours of music to you ~ Lovelight x

Hi Lovelight, Glad you enjoyed my fun video and the air guitar Ha Ha. Exercise on its own can be a little boring so some of my favorite tunes help get me through it. I tell you what I'll play it and you sing it eh'.

I've done my 1/2 hour on the treadmill this morning to a little Coldplay, Para Para Paradise, that's your cue to start. Oucha! Not so loud :)

I do a little singing 'when alone' in the house and I find You Tube great with the lyrics an all. A good one for us with grotty lungs is 'All these things I have done' by the killers, if you can sing this right through then I declare you fully fit and officially cured.

I got soul but I'm not a soldier is why its sung by the KILLERS!!! kills me every time but you gotta try. It really stretches the lungs to the limits which has to be good but your face can turn a little purple too. :)
