happy return to you Bliss. I hope you can perhaps sign up for pulmonary rehabilitation or exercise of some sort. Keep fit, kip the mind and body happy! As others have said here, sing, or play the harmonica! apparently it's all good for the lungs!

Helingmic I've been to pulmonary rehab it was very good, but I also go to the gym twice a week lol xx
