My lungs and chest felt like santas reindeer kicked me Im such a wimp I dont do pain very well not brave well only a likle bit maybe.So twice weekly for an hour each ! Think I need to start a little now have seen some exercises on int,Iam looking forward to it though what ever the pain.Good to be busy John Janexx

Hey up xx Hello, great to see you. Been away to the land of the sheep visiting my mother, who gave the matriarchal decree - get visiting or else. I didn't fancy the 'or else' so visited but have to say very glad to be home again. The drive up was grim, fog all the way to Oxford but did it without stopping - yay!
