Is flecanaide the drug for my heart arrythmia making my asthma worse?

Sorry to say that a lot of heart tablets do this I was but on 3x 80mg sotalol and my fingers went blue. Moved to 2 x 80mg now breathing not good but I have lung problem too. See your doctor or cardiologist and see if they can put you on another we are all so different to the way we are affected by the same drug.

Have to agree, the best person to ask is your cardiologist, Flecainide is a very powerful and for some unpleasant drug, I was on it for 2 years with no problems( I am also asthmatic) but suddenly I developed some quite serious Flecainide induced arrhythmias and had to come off! All people react in different ways to different drugs, but never stop taking it unless you have spoken to your specialist and it is with their agreement,hope you are sorted soon xxxx
