Hi, I joined in September but have not posted before, I have been reading the posts when I come onto the site.

A very big Welcome to you Riverbank, what a lovely name, it evokes pictures of picnics by riverbanks,

There are quite a few really nice helpful people here, but also some who like me just come to lighten the load of carrying a nasty medical condition.

I can recommend King,s & Berwick,s posts for a good giggle & Wowser put,s up some good ones I,ve been away for the last three months so although I know others put up funnies & chatty posts their names escape me, so I,m sorry if I,ve missed popular posters off

Hi Riverbank, welcome. Your name reminds me of a TV program from my youth. Tales from the River Bank. There was Ratty, Hammy, and Johnny Morris did all the voices. Lovely.

popped on here before going off to work, feeling a bit down as everything seems to have decided to flare up today, fortunately I only have asthma and crps and the dreaded hay fever. Today is going to be so long as all I want to do is crawl up into a ball and hibernate, thinking lack of sleep not helping.
