Carrotts. It hasn't been a good year at all, but your wise words are of comfort. The latest upset is that we will have to get rid of our cat. She has become totally dirty in the house, so much so we have to confine her to one room. We cant cope with a dirt tray so ...read your words of advice.

Me again, forgot to mention the mysterious plague of flies. As I write, I see loads of dead flies down the end of the room. We have used fly spray but need the experts to find out why.

When I found out I had COPD first I sat down and cried and then I thought I can sit hear put weight on become house bound and end up on oxygen in a few years or I could get off my butt and do something to help my condition, I now swim 3 times a week
