Those stats are not available as far as I know. I also do not know how many have rejoined !!!! A few have mentioned that they have come back.

I do send a welcome message to all new members as they appear on the list.

in the hope that it will encourage them to join in.

Although it appears that it is always the same people on the site, there have been in excess of 215 different members either that have posted or replied on site since the revamp of this site and we must not forget the members that like to look in on a regular or odd occasion.

The more the better, all are welcome. Helpi ng others gives you a good feeling yourself. 2 years ago while on holiday I was sat down while family were shopping. A lady about 80 plus sat beside me and I started to a conversation about the lovely weather. In the next half an hour she told me about the changes she had seen over the years growing up in Scarborough. She was lovely, lived alone with no family nearby. We each thanked the other for the company when we went on our way. I now regularly chat this way with people I dont know and will probably never see again I get just as much out of it as they do. That's really nice Evelene71, I try to do that to.

For various reasons - not lung related for a change - I'm really knackered so I'm trying to unwind/relax & enjoy being back at home. So, on Sunday when a friend texted me to meet up for a coffee I had to go even though I didn't feel like it, realised I'd not spoken to another human for 48 hours. It must be far longer for people more isolated. xxxx

glad you have had some good news medically and hope you keep well, think you have had your ration of bad luck. Joyce
