hi i have moderate copd and have just got indoors and found a letter for me to phone hospital to make appointment in rehabilitation, do anyone know what this means has to late to phone hospital

Yes it is for assessment nothing in it they have you walking slowly to start then faster to see when you get breathless, i am moderate and i passed for the rehabilitation it is worth going to, take care

Got my letter last week to go for my assesment on 9th October (as holidays overlap)

Really looking forward to speaking with someone who knows what I am supposed to do and learning more about my health issues.
