I inform most of the companies via email of change of address and/or details, that way I always have a written record if they mess things up.

Thanks Ann, I have done letters to them but needed to make sure direct debits were still going to be in place, as I said earlier, I don't trust many people, lol, the bank was the worse one because of security etc. But hey it gives me something to do........

yea, I brought 2 big plastic boxes, one for laptop, jewellery box etc, other one for tea, coffee, toilet roll etc, don't trust many people, lol
