Can anyone help please

I have always used the short cut on my desktop through internet explorer to gain access to this site.

I am now using google chrome but cant seem to put a short cut on, can anyone tell me how to do it.

I hope that one of the clever computer people on this site is able to tell you because I need the same advice.

I had to download Firefox to gain access to the site. I tend to log in and then 'minimize' so that I can go into it when I eel the need.

Check hidden icons.

Right click google chrome

From the list

Choose pin to task bar

Pin to start menu.

I had to download Opera to get on the site, and I get on it in the most peculiar round about way, still I get there eventually. So I'm afraid I cannot help you Polly.

Having always used Internet Explorer, I'm finding the "favourites" side of Chrome and Firefox more clumsy too. Plus cann ot delete browser history to speed things up.Still prefer IE but probably because I'm used to it. The last time I tried to upgrade Int Ex it completely messed up my computer, had to be uninstalled and put back.

Try "Tools" "Options" "Privacy" in Firefox. You can choose to delete history there.

Cannot help with this one I use IE and have no probs at the mo.

I'm using IE and gain access through my gmail, its probably not the way to do it but it works for me.

I do have to log in each though, which I didn't before.
