Keep the fluids up

Everyone remember to drink lots of water I woke with a thundering headache this morning, (no alcohol consumed) but then I remembered I did not drink much yesterday, have already had several small glasses and headache almost gone.

Am almost on intravenous Vimto here - great ice cold in the summer and gorgeous hot in the ....... (can't say the word, not even under torture) xx

I am trying to keep the fluids up but fast running out of whisky. Could I apply for a grant from dss?

For the many choc. lovers = how about an icecold chocolate smoothy. Wondering how it could be orange mixed in some way. What else goes with choc. Mint, something nutty - worth having a play!!

hmmmm, how about a mint/choc Options with crushed ice and mint leaves? Only 40 calories!!

Not for me though, I find a fresh cup of tea does it for me. xx

It's a bit warm round the corner from you in Oldbury Polly. Just looked at my thermometer and it says, Made in England! Who would believe it, something not made in China. Oh, the temperature? 29C.

Just had Orange juice with lemonade over a lot of ice, lovely, 30c in the house - outside hotter - not going out to check thermometer is at back of garden. LOL
