I-pad usable to a point , green banner as expanded covering blue banner.

Which means I can see but can not enter.

The response from support was.

Hi, Thanks very much for emailing us and sincere apologies that things have been difficult since our upgrade. We are prioritizing and processing both niggles and the bigger issues and resolving them in turn. 99% of our focus is on resolving them so forgive us if we don’t respond to your email individually. If you’re getting this message it means we are reviewing your feedback.

So I will leave them in peace to solve all our problems

  • I just came in on iPad accidentally, was actually headed elsewhere.

    Leaving the team to just get on with it has been my approach too.

    Time will tell and we an check out functionality as we go.
