Has anyone seen or heard anything from Raptor. He is usually about quite a bit but not just lately.

I know he was going to visit family, that's the last I heard from him, so maybe he'll be back soon

Was only thinking about him recently but couldn't remember his name! If it's who I'm thinking of he moved into sheltered housing too earlier this year. Hope you're keeping well.

Having a bit more rest this morning and aim to walk the fairly short distance to the shops after lunch. Still waiting for results of MRI scan (spine) but guess that will take a couple of weeks.
Was chuffed yesterday cos decided to attempt the bus into the main town some 3 miles away. Of course, the shopping trolley has to come along too to carry the stuff home. This was to be the first time since moving here Walked quite a bit in town and got most of what I wanted and then had lunch at a restaurant that does a Chinese and Indian buffet. Breathing wasn't so good after all this and I was kinda glad to be on my own this time cos it's too much to hold a conversation as well.
Was good to rest once I got home but was glad for what I'd been able to do.

Haha bobby! Only just read your comment 
...worse still (NOT) have recently tried the local chinese takeaway. King prawn curry and egg fried rice and it was delicious...gotta have another one soon !

I love 'em but can't eat a whole one. Put a small portion aside for freezing x
