You can only get one if you are awarded the high rate mobility in DLA. If you do get the award, they will send a leaflet giving full details of how to find and order one through the Mobility Scheme. There is a large list of makes and models available and as to how long to wait, depends on what you order.

It has all the details of whats available and at what cost.
Waiting time for your car depends on what you decide you would like.

I got a Kia Soul 'cos I wanted to be a flash so and so even if I am 70. Start to delivery took about two weeks. You can pick any car you like but on some you have to put a payment down.
