It stands for Obstructive Sleep Apnoea (Not sure about the spelling there). I can't tell you much about it as I don't have it though.

OSA is a condition that we at the BLF are very focused on raising awareness of across the UK. It is basically a condition that affects your breathing whilst you are asleep and stops you from getting any deep sleep throughout the night. Here is a video of some with sleep apnoea
