Bouncing up and down

I just bounced up the stairs! That's not at all like me, it's usually a long, breathless drag up. Do you think it's the sunshine we have had today? Or have I had a miracle cure? Does anyone else feel a lot better today?

I'm getting back slowly from a few days very sob. Matron and oramorph plus steroids etc is my miracle cure.

Ha ha since I was in hospital two years ago with cellulitis I haven't had a single hair grow on my legs. Perhaps I could patent the idea and sell it to women

I haven't been bouncing like I was the two days before. I had indigestion for ages, really uncomfortable but gone now.

I was like that on Saturday night. We tried a new Chinese. The portions were huge. It was too big to eat but too nice to leave. What a quandry. I ate it and paid the price later. lol

The best of it is that it was just 5 hours after my operation. Wimp? Me? Nah!

I haven't bounced since my last PR session. The do as you want and I had been itching to get on the trampet. I used to do a bit of trampolining in my teenage years, forward and backward somersaults etc. Yes I'm bragging.

So on I get, oxy tank at side and about 1 metre tube. Start slowly holding onto bar. Easy peasey let go jump higher and higher. Too high, elastic on mask broke, it went flying up then down. I stopped, bent over to recover my breath. Lsdy on bike say would you like this? Put mask on! Look up, the 2 wonderful physios rolling around hanging on to each other p****** themselves laughing!!!! Think my bouncing days are over.
