Interesting to look back at that. I suffer when very cold or very hot. Otherwise, I'm not too bad but I never sit out in full sun, I prefer the shade and stay out of it during the hottest part of the day. We do our allotment and garden either early, or later in the day and I drink lots of water.

Hi Jabba, the link was broken when I tried it - might be a temporary blip.

Same as Lnne above, I have to stay out of midday heat. I find other factors like humidity, air quality and pollen count play a part and also extreme cold and damp. It affects us all differently. My local weather site which was revamped recently, added air quality, pollen count and UV index which is handy I find to gauge how the day will be outside.
