Bronchiectasis, MAC Lung Pain

I have been sick since Aug of 2012 and now I am feeling a tremendous amount of lung pain. Is this the Bronchs or the MAC? I am not being treated for MAC just yet because of the elevated liver test. Any suggestions on relief?

I feel you should go back to your GP if you are having lots of lung pain - wouldn't be right for us to say.

I'm 47 diognosed with moderate bronchiectasis /acute asthma , live in the glass half full mentality and strongly recomend regular swimming , I often have this lung pain /stabbing , I presume it's when inflamation and mucus builds up , as specialist once said lots of nerves in lungs and mucus rubbing against scar tissue ( expect common for our condition ) though excess lung pain obviously best to check it out with dr .hope you feel stronger soon
