My Dear brother died of mesotheloma in Oct 2011, I wanted her to claim compensation but sofar she has been to shy, and is of course still dealing with her grief. I to would be be very interested in any infomation you may find out please keep me in the picture.

my sister died of mesotheloma in 2001. we called clyde action on asbestos and frank mcguire (lawyer) came to our aid. we could not find an employer in my sister's history who seemed the cause. in the end we received compensation from the government for her children. my sister completed and submitted paperwork a few days before she died. the kids however still had a very hard time financial as well as emotionally. they were alone at 15 17 and 21. my sister only had diagnosis about two weeks before death. my gp did not take her pain seriously. she was admitted to hospital via a&e 6wks before death. she had been working the week before. her life for the previous two years had been full of pain.
luckly to never have suffered with mesotheloma but symphysis with them that have m uncle died some years ago and we suspected he had it but could not say for certain

Yes, my Father had Diffuse Mesothelioma passing away in 1996.
My Chest Consultant at the time put us in touch with a specialist Lawyer and also provided a medical report for the claim.
Having worked with Dad I was able to provide detailed information of some of the working practices involving Asbestos used while working for the the company.
The Corner also submitted a report based on the Autopsy
(the Company being well known to him).
The local GMBU provided office space for the Lawyer to work.

sadly no luck as he work place say it could have come from anywhere and is not down to them , my husband worried as a trackman on the raillways ,manly round certain places, tho wehave had no luck at all
in 2010 my eldest brother was told he had meso given 6month to live.he nipedround to mine and asked me look after him this i did ,he ad his own flat but was on his own ,i went daily with food etc made sure he wanted for nothing was that time i dafty started the cigs,ok for 3 month then the thing got a grip on him bad his legs 1st so wheelchair had to mither nurses for it,then meds tablets patches tnen oxygen ,he didnt let it get to him still put bet on horses,last 9 days went in kershaws hospice angels them ppl there within 1day ad his pain sorted i nagged gps as his pain wasnt rite they never listen ,he pasted on 23 april 2011 ,i got in touch with his only daughter ,as wen he was alive made me promise not to tell her as he an er mum broke yrs ago he new i saw her regular so i kept my word,she got a meso lawyer and this april told her cs they dont no were he got asbestos from claim denied ,yet another man who worked on demo and cotton mills with old pipes same places as my brother got compo,governments a s.it hole got more faces than town hall clocks an lawyers wud have been paid thers pickerings solicitors
