Anyone tried pumpkin seed oil capsules for over active bladder in a lady? Thanks

Pumpkin Seed Oil is supposed to be helpful for OAB. I've just read quite a few clinical studies where there has been improvement with PSO. 2 tablets a day for around 12 weeks showed improvement in many of the candidates in the studies. I've just purchased some 1000mg capsules and will see if I have any improvement in the new few weeks. I will come back at a later date to update this post.

Would you be kind enough to tell me what PSO brand you take....a lot available but it would be good to compare notes with someone taking same ! Thanks

I purchased 2 different ones from iherb.com - both of these had good reviews. Please remember I haven't actually been taking these very long so can't comment on the effectiveness at this stage. Now brand - 1000mg softgels and Thompson PSO 1000mg soft gels. I based my purchase on the dozens of reviews by other people on this site and decided on these ones . I've started with the Thompson brand first.
