Needing help

so ive had 134 UT's in the past 3 and a half years and ive had scans and other sort of scan done and they have all came clear, I also have a immflamination with my bladder all the time everyday and its bringing me down, I have a set diet and ive been following it for over a year and nothing is working i have tried cranberry stuff as well and that irritates me. I have another scan on Thursday where I have to fast for 6 hours and only drink certain things but I know that will come back normal like al the others, I have even had blood test and swaps done and they all have came back clear and i'm doing the right stuff but I'm still getting UTI's and I don't know why neither dose my GP or hospital know either and I'm just wondering if this happens to anyone else and if they could give me some useful tips as I am struggling big time. Since having this problem i have put on weight from being- 7 1/2 /8 1/2 and now I'm 10 stone and it is upsetting me as I struggle with mental health as well and its's effecting that even more now and I don't know what to do

Have you had thyroid blood tests done, TSH, T4 and T3 ? Hypothyroidism causes weight gain and UTI’s.

Yeah I've had all of them done nd came back clear its even made me put on weight I used to be 7 1/2- 8/1/2 and couldn't get any weight on me and now I'm 10 stone and I don't like as it makes me feel like I'm fat x
