"Leaking" bladder

I have recently been suffering from a leaky bladder Don't feel need to urinate but bladder drips almost constantly bad enough for me to have to wear pads all the time . not painful but extremely annoying ....to put it mildly. Any ideas?. Oddly enough it eases late afternoon and not a problem in bed!!!
