Cystitis?

I've always had this condition of burning and inflammation in the bladder area. When I get a UA it doesn't show any growth or bacteria. They've done cultures, and nothing. Yet. This constant burning in the lower bladder area. This may be tmi, but I also feel the stinging to any wetness or sweat. But after washing with mild soap and hot water., blow drying the vag area, it subsides. Constipation makes things worse. And now that I'm thinking about it, walking for long periods.

Do you take any vitamin suppliments?

I take B12 and calcium, but I should be more consistent.
