tingle in hand after stint place

my 56 year old husband had a heart attack 5 weeks ago. His left artery was 100% blocked. He had a stint placed through his RIGHT arm He is recovering quite well but has been experiencing tingling amd numbness in his Left arm on and off for a couple or weeks. Is this normal because he asked his GP and his Cardiologist and them seem not never heart of it.

I'm 47 had 4 stents end of march this year and have the same sensation on an off since then, tingling in arm and fingers and dull ache pain now and again in bicep. Cardio rehab nurse said few months ago now it's normal an part of the recovery which could last up to a year. 👍
