I do the euromillions lottery on a Tuesday and Friday I don't normally get anything this morning I got a email "You've won a prize" well my heart races.....
I get all excited then I log on to the app and check how much I've won before waking Mum up and tell her the good news
Heart pounding, hands shaking I checked my numbers I'd won ..... £2.20 well talk about mood killer!! They shouldn't get heart patients all excited!
Oh well here's to next week

😂😂😂that’s so funny. I donate monthly to London air ambulance, the other day I got a call from them and I thought I hope they don’t want more money from me. The lady was talking but I really wasn’t listening then she said I was entered into a draw and I won. Well I started listening, and she said £10😁it beats your £2.20. What’s with the 20p? 😂😂

Well in my family we would say ‘it is better than a slap in the belly with a wet fish!’ At least you had the pleasure of anticipation. They do say it is sometimes better to travel hopefully than to arrive.
Can beat that my husband turns 80 at the beginning of may and had a letter from DWandP saying his pension is going up 25p a week.😆
