EF relapse?

I am due a review next month after being started on Bisoprolol last June. MRI in September showed slight improvement. Terrified that situation has lapsed. So far asymptomatic. Anyone else has review where ef has dropped after initial improvement? If so, what was next step? Was medication altered / changed?

It's not unusual to be apprehensive - on my meds after 2019 when getting shipped in to hospital @ 11-12%, every review I had (3mts, y1, y2). I have always wondered I'd this the one where progress stops or goes down... Luckly to have great progress so far but doesn't stop me from being nervous

It's natural to worry. It could also be improved. Fingers crossed for you.

Try not to worry too much, i was put on bisoprolol for H/F 4 years ago October 18, at the time my EF was 23% at my echo just last year it had gone up to 41%. Hope this helps.

The body definitely takes time to adjust to the meds. I personally didn't feel to great for about 6 months, ie lethargic, no energy, & tired, even walking the dog was a chore, but everyone is different. My life is pretty much back to normal now, but im always aware of my own capabilities so tend not to push myself too much. Listen to your body.
