The BHF Peer Support Team are running a virtual event for parents of teenagers living with a heart condition. The event is an opportunity for parents to meet other parents who have been through similar experiences as themselves, to share and support each other.
We will be joined by a panel of 3 young adults in their early 20’s, who have experience of growing up with a heart condition. It will be a chance for parents to ask them questions they might have about becoming an adult living with a heart condition, such as going to university or college, starting work or their experience of transitioning to adult services.
The event will take place on the 25 November 7-8pm via Zoom , If you’re interested in joining or would like more information please email email@example.com
