Does anyone know if it’s possible to improve heart ejection fraction of 35 percent please?

Moderate to severe heart failure
In a word, yes.
Mine was 23% when i was underging surgery, it is now back to a normal level for a healthy person - i think the question is probably more can it be done and can it be done without medication or surgery - and i'm not qualified to answer.
Wonderful - so pleased for you.
Yes.. I went from an EF of less than 35% to around 45% in approximately 4 months with medication and gentle exercise. Don't know what my EF is now but it likely to have improved since my last echo early this year.
Great progress for you. Wish I had more explanations/face to face meetings than is presently available. Thank you.
Yes, although I’m sure it depends on the nature of your HF. I had non-ischemic DCM (caused by chemo) At the time of diagnosis 18months ago my EF was 20% , six months later 35% and 18months from HF my EF is now 43%. I’m sure it’s down to medication and exercise.
AF or ¿any? arrhythmia would affect the ejection factor - but presumably, they have checked your ECG?
Hi Winnebago after a recent echo my EF is 28%My Cardio had asked my Doctor to increase my blood pressure tablet .
I think he would also like to increase my beta blocker but as I’m very sensitive to this I’m not sure .
So by doing this he must think it will improve it
Hopefully 😊
Hope this helps .
Thank you so much. Good luck.
