2nd degree heart block type 2 - high sensitive heart rate

Hi all, 2 years ago I was diagnosed with 2nd degree heart block Mobitz type 2. Ventricular standstill on ECG for upto 4 seconds so Pacemaker fitted. I have a natural HR and It only monitors and works 1% of the time. At the time of diagnosis I was unfortunately going though an episode of extremely high anxiety completely unrelated to heart diagnosis. My resting HR was then around 88 and constantly above 100 when Standing or in 90’s sitting. Many episodes of SVT. Cardiologist told me this was all anxiety. 2 years on I’m anxiety disorder free and physically fit however my heart rate is still consistently high. I can be very relaxed reading and HR goes up to 99. If I stand it goes to 110/120. Walking 125. Great when running 145. Also seems to peak to 120 for no reason at all. Resting HR is better now 78. From what I read about 2nd degree HB 2. A low heart rate is the problem. Does anyone else have similar experiences? My GP wrote to Cardiologist and he said it will be anxiety. I feel that when you’ve got anxiety on your record it gets blamed for EVERYTHING. It 100% isn’t anxiety I’m pretty chill these days. The HR seems to contradict the diagnosis. Should I push for further tests?
