Fast/missed beats

I had cardioversion 6 years ago. Last couple of years I have had fast/missed heart beats most days. t's very very scary. Does anyone have this

I’ve had fast heart beat periods and missed beats all my life through investigation there was nothing, apparently this does just sometimes happen, also can be due to triggers like caffeine and certain foods ?

My 24hr tape showed ectopic beats and my heart rate is easily 120 just from walking.
