Is this normal

Pacemaker fitted 6 years ago, always had slight niggles around collar bone and chest but doctor says it's a small price to pay compared to what I was like. I'm having a heavy, dull feeling in my left breast and shoulder in my left arm and sometimes my neck. I've exercised and yeah a bike run I've jolted myself over a big rock so I know that's not helped me any. Do any of you tear your pectoral muscle by doing next to nothing. I woke up sore and cant shift it is

Certainly doesn't sound normal, best get it checked out asap.
