My medication (Entresto, Bumetatime and probably Nebivolol) causes my BP to drop into the early 90's (95 / 48). This causes breathlessness and nausea.
The solution from the Heart Failure Nurse tends to be "Suck it up!"
She may be correct, maybe i am a pansy! However I'm thinking that if I was to take half a nebivolol tab in the morning and half at night it may help ease the low BP.
Not a helpful comment from the nurse and not really very professional! Your upper (systolic) pressure should not really cause a problem but the lower (diastolt) is rather low! I know the Bumetatime can be taken twice a day but am not sure about the Nebivolol. It might be an idea to ring the BHF nurses in the morning. Unfortunately the current heat wave will make matters worse.
Yes, I have been having issues with low blood pressure, well variable blood pressure really. My heart failure nurse has reduced my Candestartan dose from 32mg to 16mg a day to see if that helps without by blood pressure going to high.
